Lenovo G460 and Lenovo G560 Hit The Shelves

Following their announcement at CES last month, the Lenovo G560 and Lenovo G460 are now available to order in some countries. You’ll be able to pick a range of different specs on these machines, including the latest Intel Core i3 processors, and if they’re anything like the Lenovo laptops we’ve seen in the past, they’ll offer both quality and value for money. Read on to find out more.

The Lenovo G460 is the smaller of the two machines, packing in a 14-inch screen that’s ideally suited to the daily commute. If you plan to use your machine more around the house or office, then the slightly larger 15.6-inch Lenovo G560 may prove the better choice for you.

Both the Lenovo G460 and the Lenovo G560 offer the latest Intel Core i3 processor, running at a respectable 2.13Ghz. Backed by 4096MB of fast DDR3 memory, you’ll have no trouble at all running the latest applications or multi-tasking. Storage space is good enough for most uses, at 320GB. Features include Bluetooth and a dual-layer DVD rewriter on both the Lenovo G460 and Lenovo G560.

If you’re in the market for a mainstream laptop and put quality and usability at the front of your priorities, then the Lenovo G460 and the Lenovo G560 could well be worth a look. Neither machine is currently on sale in the UK, but both are available in the US for $799.
